Kenny Pickett is a quarterback for the Pitt Panthers. His best trait is his mental processing. He has good pocket presence and is able to diagnose and read pressure effectively. He has enough mobility to escape the pocket and be a threat to pick up yards on the ground. He also showed great accuracy when on the run. He stays strong in the pocket, but stays strong through contact and maintains good and balanced footwork. Pickett goes through his progressions quickly and consistently. He can read the entire field effectively and is good at realizing when he needs to pull the trigger. However, his arm is just average and sometimes he has trouble driving the ball on outs. He does have enough arm to challenge all levels of the field. He does struggle a bit with touch and has trouble accurately layering the ball along the second level. A big question mark Pickett has is his hand size and had a few too many fumbles this past year. Pickett will be an immediate starter at the NFL. He has the arm and the accuracy to execute all the throws, but lacks the athletic standout traits to be a franchise quarterback in the league.
