Name: Justin Fields - Position: Quarterback
Height: 6'3 - Weight: 227
School: Ohio State - Age: 22
Analyst : Justin Rochat
Fields shows off tremendous arm talent as well as the ball placement to make tight window throws at the next level. He also has the mobility to take off and run if there is nothing open downfield. That mobility combined with his tree trunks for legs make it difficult for defenders to bring him down inside the pocket.
The biggest plus for Fields is his leadership and teams should make note of that. He was the heartbeat of the Ohio State Buckeyes football program.
Fields had occasional mental lapses in his decision making. There were times where he would try and force the issue even when nothing was there. He could also go through his reads a tad quicker.

Justin Fields is an incredible talent that would’ve been the sure fire number one pick in any other draft. Many people have been overthinking and over-analyzing his play in 2020. Some may knock or worry about his mechanics, however there is truly nothing wrong with his throwing motion. Don’t fix what’s not broken.
Fields is exactly the type of player and person teams would want representing their organization. If he lands in the right system and situation he could become a tier one starter in the NFL.
